Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order product becomes available.

Estimates are shown in business days from dispatch and update automatically from our shipping system.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. DRIMSSY is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
